FITNESS + INTRO TEAM  WOD

FOR TIME:

20 wall ball,2 wall climb

30 box jumps,3 wall climb

40 air squat,4 wall climb

50 push press,5 wall climb

*as #p1 works, #p2 hold a barbell at hang position

(both athletes must do all the reps of all exercises)
