#P2 RUN for max meters.
→ DO 10 alt. rnds (5 each athlete).

FOR TIME: I go - you go!
Buy in, 1000m Relay race Run (change every 250m)
then, 2 RNDS OF:
80 kb Swings (change every 20 reps.)
60 wall ball (change every 15 reps.)
40 burpees (change every 10 reps.)
20 partner sit ups (work together)
Cash out, 100m SPRINT together!
