        3 Synchronized Rnds of :

            21 burpee over bar, 14 T2b, 7 deadlift (one barbell together)

          -rest 2' min.-

    " I GO YOU GO"  Alt. meds of:

           4 Power clean, 4 front squat, 4 jerk.

            until they do together 10 Rnds.

INTRO   TEAM WOD

        AMRAP 14:  As  #P1 → 8 Thrusters, 8 burpee over bar.

       #P2 → Holds at plank position

   *When  #P1 complete 1 rnd run together 50m & switch.
