6 swings / 6 k2c/k2e
7 pull ups / 7 swings
8 k2e/t2b / 8 goblet squat
9 box jumps / 9 kb SDHP
10 DU / 10 kb lunges
11 burpees/ 11
12 OH lunges/ 12 sit ups
(option 1) / (option 2)
* complete each exercise in ascending order , then work back down
to 1, adding one exercise per. round like this : 1,2-1,3-2-1...
for a total 364 reps HAPPY CHRISTMAS!
