FITNESS + INTRO TEAM WOD
(In teams of 3) 
Start individual & do AMRAP 4:
6 V-ups, 30 climbers  -rest 1'- 
As a team , #P1--> 1 rnd ''CINDY'' 
*(5 pull up/ ring row, 10 push ups, 15 squat)
as, #P2--> amrap candelstick roll to wall ball 
and #P3 --> amrap Thrusters
*Change stations when #P1 completes 1 rnd ''CINDY''
--> Must complete as a TEAM 21 rnds ''CINDY'' 
**WIN  The team with the fatest time plus 
the reps of med ball exercise + thrusters    (TIME --> 1' min =1 rep )
