FITNESS TEAM WOD (In teams of 2)
FOR TIME: 10 alt. rnds of :
16 sumo kb deadlift, 14 lunges, 12 russian swings
then, 200 barbell GTOH (50% of max clean)

INTRO TEAM WOD
(In teams of 2)
AMRAP 16:  #P1 -->20  battle ropes
(until then catch 200 reps)
as #P2 --> amrap climbers
then, #P1 --> 30 alt. one arm russian swings
(until they catch 180 reps)
as #P2 --> amrap sit ups
--> reming time burpees!  (one athlete work  at a time)
