FITNESS + INTRO TEAM WOD (In teams of 2)
AMRAP 12: 60 double unders/ 140 singles (30/70 each)
40 wall ball (20 each) , 10 Muscle up (pentioned anyway)
or 12 wall climb -rest 2'-
AMRAP 12: 200m run (as a team), 20 jump over box (10 each)
20 partner deadlift, 20 burpees (10 each) -rest 2'-
In 7' min. Perform as many reps as possible
of GTOH you can (ONE athlete work / 50% of MAX clean)
*STOP every 90'' sec and do 4 burpee over partner
